Easy Eligibility
Buyers who are not more than 60 years old, gainfully employed or self-employed, whose Net Disposable Income (NDI) is 100% or greater than the monthly amortization of the unit they intend to acquire.
A. Passes the NDI requirement.
B. Pays Php 5,000.00 reservation fee.
C.Submit the following documents:
- Buyer's info Sheet + four(4)1x1 ID photo
- Pays Php 5,000.00 resrvation fee
- Gov't. issued ID (ex. Driver's License, SSS ID), company ID, & other identification papers, if needed.
- 1 month Payslip and / or proof of other income and / or assets.
- Proof of Pag ibig membership
- Contract to Sell
- Deed od Restriction
- Option Agreement
- Required Post Dated Checks (3 for Equity installment + 24 Monthly Amortization and SRI/FI premiums + guarantee check).

What is CTS Gold?
CTS Gold is the golden opportunity created by 8990 Housing Development Corporation (8990 HDC) to make owning a house in Deca Homes would be very affordable and easy on the budget.
With just a ₱5,000.00 reservation fee and atleast three ₱5,000.00 Equity installments, one can already move-in to a brand new DECA Home. The balance of the purchase price is then payable in monthly amortization over 25 years.

Yes!, you can avail of CTS Gold within 14 days from the reservation of your unit even if you are not a Pag ibig member because it is made for both Pag big and non-Pag ibig members.

What must I do so that the interest on the amortization is kept not higher than 8.5% p.a.?
The interest on the amortizations can be kept at 8.5% p.a. when, within 4 years from reservation, you transfer the balance of your CTS Gold to Pag ibig. For this purpose, 8990 HDC will provide documentation assistance.
